More than 50,000 people every year die from colorectal cancer. In 2021, the Colorectal Cancer Alliance (CCA) estimates 149,00 will face this diagnosis—a number that is higher now because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which unfortunately has dissuaded patients from scheduling preventative appointments to get checked.
